Plumber and Heating Systems Repairman

• Ensuring the operation and proper condition of external and internal networks, water supply, sewage, heating, and ventilation systems in production premises, their correct technical maintenance, and repair;

• Carrying out checks and monitoring the operation of recirculating water supply systems during the production cycle, eliminating malfunctions in the operation of equipment;

• Planned-preventive and current repairs of subordinate engineering and technical systems and equipment

• Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year, experience in production is a priority;

• Repair and maintenance of production electrical equipment, transformer substations TP - 6/0.4 kV.

• Performing inspections of electrical installations according to instructions and regulations;

• Participating in the preparation of requests for materials, spare parts, tools, and ensuring their economical and rational use.

• Conducting planned-preventive maintenance;

• Education not lower than secondary vocational;

• Electrical safety group IV up to and above 1000 Volts, can be "inactive", but not more than a year;

• Experience working with high-voltage equipment 6-10kV (TP, ZRU, oil circuit breakers, disconnectors);

• Cleaning defects radially with measuring the asymmetry of the cut with a dial indicator.

Cold Rolling Mill Operator

• Conducting technological processes of cold cross rolling and skin-pass rolling of sheets on individual groups of stands or individual stands of quarto mills with a barrel length of up to 2,000 mm.

• Monitoring the rolling process and compliance with the specified dimensions of the rolled profile using control and measuring devices and measuring instruments.

• Regulating the rolling speed at the stands (passes) and the amount of strip tension between the stands.

• Monitoring the surface of the rolls, the quality of the emulsion, and the temperature regime of the rolls. Participation in re-rolling of stands, adjustment, repair of the serviced mill.

• Basics of technology of cold rolling, skin-pass rolling, and metal polishing processes on serviced mills;
