Full metallurgical cycle production of cold-rolled strips from precision alloys

We produce analogs of imported alloys
and welding strips:
— kovar, permendur, permalloy, invar, Inconel, kanthal;
— welding strips from stainless steel grades with improved quality.

We produce cold-rolled strips from precision alloys, as well as stainless and high-carbon steel grades through a full metallurgical cycle: melting, hot and cold rolling, intermediate and final heat treatment.
We manufacture products according to GOST and international standards.

We use only high-quality raw materials to obtain especially precise alloy characteristics.

The scientific and technical potential of our enterprise allows us to produce strips according to individually specified parameters.

Laboratory control at every stage of manufacturing guarantees the highest quality of products.
We produce the following types of cold-rolled strips:

from precision magnetically soft and magnetically hard alloys

with specified elasticity properties;

alloys with a specified temperature coefficient of linear expansion;

alloys with high electrical resistance;

Facilities

Electric Steel Melting Section
Equipped with induction melting, vacuum induction furnaces, vacuum heat treatment furnaces, raw material heat treatment furnaces with a capacity of up to 350 tons per month.

Hot Rolling Section
Equipped with a 400 hot rolling mill with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month of hot-rolled strip.

Cold Rolling Section
Equipped with 9 cold rolling mills, cutting and surface cleaning lines with a capacity of up to 600 tons per month, where the necessary dimensions and physical properties of the strip are set.
Strip Heat Treatment Section
Equipped with quenching, drawing, annealing, and tempering furnaces.

Turning, milling, repair and construction.

Our plant operates five accredited testing laboratories:

Spectral Laboratory
– determination of the chemical composition of steels and alloys

– determination of strength, hardness, and elasticity

– control of macro- and microstructure of materials

Physical Laboratory
– establishment of the main physical characteristics of materials

Laboratory of Linear-Angular Measurements
– control of surface quality and flatness of the strip
