Placing workplaces or residential zones in immediate proximity to such facilities becomes a serious engineering task.

Why a soft magnetic alloy?

 

Unlike shielding from an electric field, suppressing the magnetic component requires materials with special properties: high magnetic permeability in weak fields and low eddy current losses. Ordinary materials such as aluminum or copper cannot effectively shield a low-frequency magnetic field. Only specialized soft magnetic alloys handle this task.

 

Our strip is produced from a nickel- and iron-based alloy by a unique technology that ensures:

  • Exceptionally high initial and maximum magnetic permeability. This effectively “closes” the stray-field magnetic flux inside the shield, significantly reducing its impact on the external environment.
  • Low specific hysteresis and eddy current losses. This guarantees the shield will not overheat in operation, retaining its properties for decades.
  • High saturation induction. This is critically important for shielding high-power equipment without loss of shield efficiency.
