Experts estimate the world tin deficit at about 10%. Meanwhile demand for this metal runs to tens of billions of dollars and continues to grow steadily.
Leading Russian ore producer Rusolovo PJSC announced a new ambitious project. The company plans to sign a contract to build its third metallurgical plant in Khabarovsk Krai — the country’s first plant with a full tin-processing cycle.
Implementing this large-scale project will open new horizons for Rusolovo PJSC and Khabarovsk Krai as a whole, fostering industrial development and attracting investment to the region. Thanks to this, Khabarovsk will become a key tin supplier on the CIS market, and Russia will be able to join the leaders in world tin mining and export.
