In professional life we more often talk about solid solutions, phase transformations, the crystal lattice, micron tolerances, and the stability of mechanical properties at different temperatures. We discuss chromium and nickel content, control metal structure after heat treatment, and analyze chemical composition to hundredths of a percent.
But today is a special day. Today we speak about you — the women thanks to whom our plant works with that same precision accuracy that has become our quality standard.
In metallurgy there is the concept of alloying elements. Iron and carbon provide baseline strength, but it is additions of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, or titanium that form stainless, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant alloys with specified properties.
In the same way, our plant holds its reputation thanks to you.
You make corporate culture ductile, like metal in the austenite phase, and production processes resistant to the “corrosion” of routine and external loads. You combine processability and humanity, rationality and empathy, calculation accuracy and attention to detail.
