The plant’s founding date is considered 21 June 1857. On that day Chopin’s bronze-products factory was registered at the St. Petersburg Governor-General’s office on the site of Block V of the Vasilyevskaya part. Over more than a century and a half our enterprise has changed names, expanded, added new addresses, seen production booms, and together with the whole country passed through serious trials — but has always worked faithfully for native Petersburg and all of Russia.
Today the St. Petersburg Precision Alloys Plant rightly holds leading positions in the country’s metallurgical industry, developing skilled staff and expanding production and research horizons. We are proud of our employees and wish everyone involved in our common cause well-being, prosperity, inexhaustible energy, and personal victories!
