How strip is cut into cards

Cutting strip into cards at PZPS is done on high-precision equipment that ensures minimal deviations and maximum efficiency. Instead of stamping presses or laser cutters typical of many plants, we use high-precision shears.

The overall process includes several stages:

1. Material preparation. The strip from which cards will be made is loaded into special cutting equipment.
2. Template setup. A template or die defining card shape and size is set on the equipment.
3. Strip blanking. The strip is fed into the shears, which cut cards to the specified parameters.
4. Removing finished cards. After cutting, cards are removed from the equipment and may undergo further processing.
