Thus, for 2023 the following discounts are extended:
- up to 50% — on domestic short-distance freight shipments;
- 50% — on ferrous-metal shipments via the Samur border crossing on the Azerbaijan border and further via Beyuk-Kasik–Gardabani on the Azerbaijan–Georgia border;
- 8.5% — on copper-concentrate shipments from Gay station to Mednogorsk station;
- 16.8% — on ilmenite-concentrate shipments from Olekma station to Rybniky station;
- 10.7% — on copper-ore shipments from Rezh station to Verkhnyaya and Yezhevaya stations;
- 47% — on ferrous rolled-product shipments from Polevskoy station to Kamensk-Uralsky station.
Russian Railways also noted that the previously effective package of preferences for cargo in reefer containers on a wide range of routes has been updated.
