This figure is 7% below the previous month’s level, yet year on year deliveries rose 10%. Meanwhile, shipments to the domestic market amounted to 175.5 thousand tonnes (−4.3% vs November, +14% for the year), and exports to 7.1 thousand tonnes (−45% and −43% respectively).
In total, from January to December shipment volumes reached 2.3 million tonnes, 44% above the 2021 level. For Russian consumers shipments amounted to 2.14 million tonnes (+58%), and for export 0.16 million tonnes (−34%).
