On 18 December the annual pre-New Year meeting of the veterans’ council was held at Petersburg Plant of Precision Alloys. The PZPS veterans’ council is a public organization uniting enterprise employees who have retired. It plays an important role in strengthening corporate culture, preserving traditions, and passing accumulated knowledge to new generations of workers.

The organization performs several key tasks:

• Social support for labor veterans. The council helps elderly people facing life difficulties, providing emotional and practical support.
• Organizing events. Regular meetings, lectures, and cultural events allow veterans to stay active and maintain ties with the collective.
• Passing experience to young specialists. Many years of experience and enterprise traditions accumulated by veterans are passed to new employees, contributing to professional growth and plant development.
