PZPS entered Russia’s Top 200 employers according to HeadHunter

  2. Employees answer the question on a scale from 0 to 10, where 0 is “very unlikely” and 10 is “very likely”.
  3. Depending on answers, employees are divided into three groups: Promoters — people loyal to the company who are highly likely to recommend it to other job seekers.
  4. Passives — experience neither positive nor negative emotions toward the employer and may be less engaged in work.
  5. Detractors — dissatisfied with the company and unlikely to recommend it to others.

Answers are analyzed, and the index is formed based on the difference between percentages of loyal employees and detractors. This criterion constitutes 30% of the final score.

Stage 3. Reviews of former employees

For an objective assessment of the company’s image, opinions not only of current employees but also of those who previously worked there are taken into account. Departure factors, reasons for dissatisfaction, and overall perception of the company on the labor market are analyzed. This parameter forms 20% of the overall ranking.

Why this is important? 95% of job seekers look for reviews about an employer before sending a résumé or accepting a job offer.

Stage 4. Opinion of job seekers on hh.ru

When determining the employer brand ranking, the opinion of external participants is taken into account. Potential employees vote for three companies in their field that they consider the most attractive places to work. Each hh.ru user is given the opportunity to vote only once, which guarantees honesty of results. This indicator constitutes 30% of the overall ranking.
