In July 2024 PZPS employees took part in two significant educational programs that raised their professional skills and strengthened corporate culture. These events not only enriched participants with new knowledge and competencies but also allowed them to establish useful connections with colleagues from other companies.

On July 4 and 5 three PZPS employees, including the HR director and two HR managers, took part in the annual HR reboot event. This event gathered 25 leading speakers from across the country, giving participants a unique opportunity not only to meet HR colleagues but also to learn about new approaches and tools for solving current tasks in personnel management.
Main event topics:
The event not only enriched participants with new knowledge but also provided an opportunity to establish connections with colleagues from other regions and exchange experience and ideas. This experience allowed our HR specialists to bring new ideas and solutions into the company that contribute to further development and strengthening of corporate culture.
Communication is a key element of successful business. Understanding the importance of this skill, our managers took part in the training “Speak to survive,” which was held at the IMISP business school. The training goal is developing communication skills needed for successful interaction with colleagues, partners, and clients.
Key aspects of the training:
Upon completing the program our managers noted that they became more confident in their abilities and ready to apply the knowledge obtained in practice. Here is what Alexander Vladimirovich, executive director of PZPS, said:
“The ability to express one’s thoughts clearly and persuasively is a most important skill for a manager, for subordinates’ understanding of tasks depends on it. Therefore managers need to constantly improve their communication skills.”
Participants said this training became a real discovery for them. They not only improved their communication skills but also felt colleagues’ support, which strengthened team spirit and self-confidence.
“The training turned out to be very useful for me. Before that I knew how to speak publicly but had not practiced for a long time. The instructor precisely indicated directions for development. In addition, team assignments helped us feel each other’s support and understand that we are all moving toward one goal!”, — Alyona, HR manager.
PZPS not only strives to be a step ahead of competitors but also actively invests in developing its employees, creating conditions for their professional growth and motivation. We understand that our company’s success directly depends on the qualification and engagement of our specialists, therefore we regularly organize educational events that allow them to develop and improve.
Our company is proud that:
We are confident that these investments in personnel development pay off many times over, leading our company to new peaks of success.
